Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with us! We strive to ensure that your order is processed and shipped as quickly and efficiently as possible. Please read our shipping policy below for important information regarding your purchase.

Order Processing & Shipping Time

  • All orders ship as quickly as they can, it's possible we have not gotten to processing your order yet. You will recieve tracking automatically once your order ships, please check your spam folders. Not all packages depart the same day the label is created, carriers can take up 24 hours or longer to update tracking info.
  • Sometimes mail can be slow, especially international mail which can take up to 6 weeks to certain destinations. Please have patience and don't email us for at least 4 weeks. 
  • We get a lot of emails so we may not reply to your emails for status updates

Shipping Costs

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the shipping method, weight, carrier and delivery destination. These rates are automatically calculated by the carriers, we have no control over shipping costs/rates.

Returns, Exchanges or Cancellations

  • We do not accept returns, exchanges or cancellations, all sales are final, this is because we're usually busy printing/packing up orders and don't read emails very often. In the event we do accept a return, items are returned at the customers expense. Original shipping charge will not be refunded. No Exceptions
  • We encourage you to carefully review your order before completing your purchase.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

  • We are not liable for any lost, stolen or damaged packages once they have left our facility and been given to the shipping carrier. We highly recommend adding SavedBy Package Protection at checkout
  • If your package is lost, stolen, or damaged during transit, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses

  • Please double-check that the shipping address you provide is correct. We are not responsible for undelivered packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout.
  • If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, you will be responsible for the cost of re-shipping the item. No exceptions

International Orders

  • International customers are responsible for any additional customs fees, taxes, or duties that may be imposed by your country. These fees are not included in the shipping cost and are the responsibility of the buyer.
  • We are not responsible for delays due to customs processing or any issues arising from international shipments. Please contact your local customs office should a customs issue arrise
  • It is your responsibilty to provide any required customs numbers for your Country/Region in your shipping address. Returned packages are subject to additional posting.

  • SavedBy Package Protection is an optional add-on that can help cover the cost
    of lost, damaged or stolen packages. We do everything that we can to make sure
    the package gets to you, but in cases when issues arise SavedBy can help.
  • Pricing: SavedBy varies depending on the price of your order. It will automatically
    calculate once you begin to add items to your cart.
