Order Processing & Shipping Time

  • All orders in stock are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays), Preorder items ship within 3-4 weeks after preorder ends, On Demand items ship within 7-10 business days (M-F). These ship times are estimates and subject to change without notice.
  • Once shipped, delivery times may vary based on your location. Domestic orders typically arrive within 5-7 business days, while international shipping can take 10-21 business days depending on the destination. These ship times are estimates and subject to change without notice.
  • You will receive a tracking number once your order has been dispatched, which can be used to track your package.

Shipping Costs

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the shipping method, carrier and delivery destination. These rates are automatically calculated by the carriers, we have no control over shipping costs/rates.

Returns, Exchanges or Cancellations

  • Please note, we do not accept returns, exchanges or cancellations, all sales are final.
  • We encourage you to carefully review your order before completing your purchase.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

  • We are not liable for any lost, stolen or damaged packages once they have left our facility and been given to the shipping carrier.
  • If your package is lost, stolen, or damaged during transit, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses

  • Please double-check that the shipping address you provide is correct. We are not responsible for undelivered packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout.
  • If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, you will be responsible for the cost of re-shipping the item. No exceptions

International Orders

  • International customers are responsible for any additional customs fees, taxes, or duties that may be imposed by your country. These fees are not included in the shipping cost and are the responsibility of the buyer.
  • We are not responsible for delays due to customs processing or any issues arising from international shipments. Please contact your local customs office should a customs issue arrise
  • It is your responsibilty to provide any required customs numbers for your Country/Region in your shipping address. Returned packages are subject to additional posting.
