What is your shipping policy?
Please review our shipping policy here.

When can I expect my order to arrive?
In stock orders typically ship within 1-3 business days (M-F). Preorder items ship within 4-5 weeks after preorder window closes. On demand items ship within 7-10 business days (M-F). These timeframes are esitmated and may flucuate without notice.
Tracking numbers will be emailed to you automatically once the order is processed. Any items ordered with preorder items will be held until preorder items are ready to ship.

How much does shipping cost?
All shipping costs will be displayed at checkout. Costs depend on where your location order weight. Shipping rates are automatically calculated by the shipping carriers and beyond our control.

Changes To Order
It is not possible to make changes to orders once placed.  Please order carefully, no exceptions

My package is lost, damaged, stolen or missing
Once your package leaves our facility it is beyond our control. We recommend contacting the shipping carrier to file an investigation or report on your package. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, missplaced/mis-delivered or damaged packages, no exceptions

What is your return/exchange policy?
We do not accept any returns or exhanges, please order carefully. No exceptions

I didn’t get an order confirmation or tracking?
Yes you did, please check your spam folder. Order confirmations are sent to the email you used when ordering, same with tracking.

Can I cancel an item?
We do not accept order cancellations, all sales are final. Please order carefully, no exceptions
