These are our most frequently asked questions, please read through this list before contacting us.

Where Is My Order?
Pre-order items are a 4-6 week production/ship time AFTER the pre-order ends. We cannot provide updates, you will recieve tracking once your order ships. Any items ordered with pre-order items will be held until pre-order is ready to ship.

Due to our production workload and email volume, we are unable to respond to shipment status inquiries.


Sometimes mail can be slow, especially international mail which can take up to 6 weeks to certain destinations. Please have patience and don't email us for at least 4 weeks. Packages often don't ship the same day a label is created and mail carriers can take up to 24 hours to update tracking info. We cannot provide shipping updates once shipped.

Where Is My Tracking?
Tracking numbers are emailed to you automatically once the order ships, if you do not see it check your spam folder. Due to our production workload and email volume, we are unable to respond to tracking status inquiries

How much does shipping cost?
All shipping costs will be displayed at checkout. Costs depend on where your location order weight. Shipping rates are automatically calculated by the shipping carriers and beyond our control.


Change / Combine Order
It is not possible to make changes to orders or combine orders once they are placed. This is because we're usually busy packing up orders and don't read emails very often.

Lost / Missing Package

Once your package leaves our facility, it is in the carrier's possession and beyond our control. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, misdelivered, or damaged packages.

Due to the volume of orders we process, we are unable to contact carriers, investigate shipments, or file claims on behalf of customers. Any delivery-related issues must be addressed directly with the shipping carrier.

For added protection, we strongly recommend purchasing SavedBy Package Protection at checkout.

Order Cancellation

All order cancellations are subject to a 10% cancellation fee, with no exceptions. This fee covers payment processing charges that are not refunded to us by our payment providers, along with costs associated with reserving inventory and processing your order. Order must be unshipped to apply for a cancellation request.

Cancellation requests are not guaranteed. Due to our high production volume and email volume, we cannot guarantee that cancellation requests will be reviewed or approved before an order enters production or ships.

By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to these terms and understand that a cancellation request does not constitute a cancellation until confirmed by us in writing.

Returns
All sales are final. We do not accept returns. Any return request granted at our sole discretion must be shipped back at the buyer's expense.

If a refund is issued, it will be limited to the purchase price of the item(s) only. Original shipping charges are non-refundable, and all return shipping costs remain the responsibility of the buyer. No exceptions.

Despite our name, we are only human so mistakes can happen during pulling/packing.  Any legitimate issues will be addressed as soon as we get to your email.

SAVEDBY PACKAGE PROTECTION

What is SavedBy Package Protection
SavedBy Package Protection is an optional add-on that can help cover the cost
of lost, damaged or stolen packages. We do everything that we can to make sure
the package gets to you, but in cases when issues arise SavedBy can help.

How Much Does it Cost?
SavedBy varies depending on the price of your order. It will automatically
calculate once you begin to add items to your cart.

Do I need SavedBy?
You don’t, but it can help speed up the process of resolving issues related to
shipping. And in some cases where packages may not be covered by us,
SavedBy can help where we wouldn’t be able to.

How do I use my SavedBy Protection?

How long do I have to wait until I get a resolution?
SavedBy can help within 1 business day! Sometimes it may
take more, but in most cases they are very quick to resolve any issues that arise.

Will SavedBy reach out to me directly?
SavedBy will send you an email confirmation once you have placed an order in
our store that includes their SavedBy Package Protection.
