What is your shipping policy?
Please review our shipping policy here.
Sometimes mail can be slow, especially international mail which can take up to 6 weeks to certain destinations. Please have patience and don't email us for at least 4 weeks. Packages often don't ship the same day a label is created and mail carriers can take up to 24 hours to update tracking info. We cannot provide shipping updates once shipped.
Pre-order items are a 4-5 week production/ship time after the pre-order ends. We cannot provide updates, you will recieve tracking once your order ships. Any items ordered with pre-order items will be held until pre-order is ready to ship.

Where Is My Tracking?
Tracking numbers are emailed to you automatically once the order ships. It's possible that we have not gotten to packing and processing your order yet or your email client is placing the tracking email in the Spam folder.
We get a lot of emails so we may not reply to your emails about tracking status updates.

All shipping costs will be displayed at checkout. Costs depend on where your location order weight. Shipping rates are automatically calculated by the shipping carriers and beyond our control.
Change / Combine Order
It is not possible to make changes to orders or combine orders once they are placed. This is because we're usually busy packing up orders and don't read emails very often.

Once your package leaves our facility, it is handled by the shipping carrier and beyond our control. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, mis-delivered or damaged packages. Please contact the carrier to file a report.
For added protection, we recommend SavedBy Package Protection at checkout.
It is not possible to cancel orders, All sales are final, No exceptions. This is because we're usually busy processing or printing orders and don't read emails very often.

What is SavedBy Package Protection
SavedBy Package Protection is an optional add-on that can help cover the cost
of lost, damaged or stolen packages. We do everything that we can to make sure
the package gets to you, but in cases when issues arise SavedBy can help.
How Much Does it Cost?
SavedBy varies depending on the price of your order. It will automatically
calculate once you begin to add items to your cart.
Do I need SavedBy?
You don’t, but it can help speed up the process of resolving issues related to
shipping. And in some cases where packages may not be covered by us,
SavedBy can help where we wouldn’t be able to.
How do I use my SavedBy Protection?

How long do I have to wait until I get a resolution?
SavedBy can help within 1 business day! Sometimes it may
take more, but in most cases they are very quick to resolve any issues that arise.
Will SavedBy reach out to me directly?
SavedBy will send you an email confirmation once you have placed an order in
our store that includes their SavedBy Package Protection.
