SHIPPING POLICY

Q: When can I expect my order to arrive?

A: All orders placed Monday-Friday are expected to ship within 5-7 business days unless otherwise stated on the product description. 

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available/for the postal courier to take an arrival scan of the package to update the status.

Q: How much does shipping cost?

A: All shipping costs will be displayed at checkout. Costs depend on where you live and what items you order. The costs and methods that are provided at checkout come directly from the postal courier themselves and are not in our control.

Please note that we cannot be held liable for, and do not issue refunds or replacements for, minor cosmetic damages suffered in transit

Once the package leaves our facility, it is out of our hands. We cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages.

International Shipping
Orders may be responsible for additional fees during the customs process. This cost is the responsibility of the buyer (you) if it is applied in your country. We are not responsible for lost, damaged or returned international shipments. Please verify all shipping information is correctly entered when ordering.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

Q: What is your return/exchange policy?

A: We do not accept any returns or exhanges, please order carefully. No exceptions

Q: My item was returned to sender, can you ship it back to me?

A: Any item that is returned to Yipes Graphics as a return to sender will automatically be refunded and the item will be processed back in stock. If you see that your shipment is being sent back to us as a return to sender and you'd like to have it reshipped, please contact our team at info@yipesprinting.com for assistance. A new invoice for shipping cost will be sent. Once the invoice is paid we will then reship your product.


GENERAL QUESTIONS

My Package is lost or missing?

Sometimes even if a package has been marked as delivered it may still take a few days to actually arrive via USPS. Please give orders 2 weeks to arrive, if your order does not show any movement on tracking after this time period please email us so we can look into it further. Please note we are not resposible for lost, stolen or damaged packages.

I didn’t get an order confirmation or tracking?
First check your spam messages, if you do not see it there email us and we will provide you this information.

Can I cancel an item?
Items can only be cancelled if they have yet to be printed and/or shipped. Please email us ASAP for cancellation. All sales are final if the item(s) have already been printed/shipped.

SIZE CHARTS

Unless otherwise noted, most standard tees & long sleeves are on Gildan Heavy (Gildan 5000 & 5400), most soft style tees are on Canvas 3001 or Gildan 64000, and most hoodies are on Independent Trading Co. 45000 & 45000Z. Items may have brands substituted due to availability or multiple brands between the same style or size. Please be aware that sizes may not be exact to size charts.
