SHIPPING POLICY
When can I expect my order to arrive?
In stock orders typically ship within 1-3 business days (M-F). Preorder items ship within 3-4 weeks after preorder window closes. On demand items ship within 7-10 business days (M-F). These timeframes are esitmated and may flucuate without notice.

Tracking numbers will be emailed to you automatically by the shipping software once the order is processed. It's possible that we have not gotten to packing and processing your order yet, or your email client is placing the tracking email into the Spam folder.
How much does shipping cost?
All shipping costs will be displayed at checkout. Costs depend on where you live and what items you order. The costs and methods that are provided at checkout come directly from the postal courier themselves and are beyond our control.
Returned, Uncliamed or Undelivered shipments will be subject to additional postage, please check your address information is correct when ordering. No exceptions

Please note that we cannot be held liable for, and do not issue refunds or replacements for, minor cosmetic damages suffered in transit

My package is lost or missing
Once the package leaves our facility it is beyond our control. We have the same amount of info on your package as you do and unfortunately we do not have any additional info. We recommend contacting the mail carrier for futher assistance.
